How to resize many photos at once on Windows
Select the photos, drag them, hold Shift and drop them on Resize. Pick Half, Large (1920 px), Medium (1280 px), Small (800 px) or your own size – resized copies appear next to the originals.
The usual ways – and their catch
- Paint or Photos. One picture at a time – fine for one, painful for fifty.
- Photo editors. Batch resizing is usually hidden in menus, or needs a paid version.
- Online resizers. Upload, wait, download – and your photos have left your PC.
