How to sign a PDF on Windows – no printing, no scanning

The usual ways – and their catch
- Print, sign, scan. Works everywhere, but takes a printer, a scanner and ten minutes – and the result looks crooked.
- Draw in the browser's PDF viewer. Microsoft Edge can draw on a PDF, but a mouse signature drawn on the page rarely looks good, and you can't reuse it.
- Online signing services. You upload the document and usually need an account or a subscription.
